These Terms of Service govern your use of Glif and any related services, features, or content provided by Glif ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Glif, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Glif is a Framer template — a design starting point, not a live software product. These terms are written to serve as realistic, professional placeholder copy for use within the template.
2. Use of the Product
You may use Glif for personal, commercial, or client projects. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the product to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing
Resell or redistribute the template as your own without modification
Misrepresent your affiliation with Glif or its creators
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these terms.
3. Accounts and Access
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or delete accounts that are inactive, abusive, or in breach of these terms without prior notice.
4. AI-Generated Content
Glif enables the creation of visuals through AI prompting. You retain ownership of the content you create using the tool, subject to the following:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with applicable laws
We do not claim ownership over your generated visuals
We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our models and services
We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness of any AI-generated output for a particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All design, code, branding, and copy within the Glif template are the intellectual property of Glif and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that IP to you. Your license to use the template is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Any third-party fonts, icons, or assets included in the template are subject to their own respective licenses.
6. Payments and Refunds
If Glif or an associated product charges for access, all fees are stated at the point of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers where applicable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Glif is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the product is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glif and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the product — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Glif after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glif is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
