Requirements
4+ years of product design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Understanding of web and mobile design principles
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design for product features and improvements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research and synthesize insights into design decisions
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders
Maintain and evolve our design system
Facilitate design workshops and critiques
Advocate for user-centered design throughout the organization
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
