Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience
Proven track record in leading technical teams
Strong expertise in modern web frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Knowledge of AI/ML integration is a plus
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers
Architect and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions
Drive technical decisions and best practices across the engineering organization
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other teams
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Contribute to the product roadmap and technical strategy
