Requirements
2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
Empathy and patience when dealing with customer issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy - quick learner of new software
Positive attitude and passion for helping others
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Document common issues and solutions in our knowledge base
Collaborate with product and engineering to escalate bugs
Provide product feedback from customers to improve our platform
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)- Contribute to creating help documentation and tutorials
Participate in on-call rotation for urgent issues
