Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years in engineering leadership roles (VP Engineering, Director, or CTO)
Proven track record scaling engineering teams to 50+ engineers
Deep expertise in modern software architecture and cloud platforms
Experience building and scaling SaaS products
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with fundraising and board presentations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
Define and execute the technical vision and strategy
Lead and scale the engineering organization
Drive product innovation through emerging technologies
Oversee technical architecture and infrastructure decisions
Manage engineering budget and resource allocation
Collaborate with executive team on company strategy
Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across engineering
Represent engineering to investors, board, and external partners
Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
