Requirements
3+ years of 3D design and modeling experience
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work
Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D software
Knowledge of 3D animation and motion graphics
Understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering
Experience with web-based 3D technologies (Three.js, WebGL)
Ability to create optimized 3D assets for web performance
Strong creative vision and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Animation, or related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Design and create high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects
Develop interactive 3D experiences for our web platform
Collaborate with the design and product teams on creative concepts
Optimize 3D assets for web performance without sacrificing quality
Create engaging visual content for marketing and product
Stay current with 3D design trends and techniques
Contribute to our design system's 3D component library
Mentor and share knowledge with the design team
